Finally, I found the solution!
1. If game closes after 1st run, check the obb file (main.100.com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM.obb) does exist in obb folder. (sdcard/Android/obb/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM)
If not copy the obb file again!
2. Chinese language? Change language from setting "upper right corner " in setting "4th option" choose american flag for english.
3. If the game is telling you that the license is invalid, turn on the airplane mode, and it will work.
Normal steps:
1. Install APK. Don't launch it.
2. Download all 5 parts of OBB File.
3. Open it with winrar in pc and extract "com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM" folder to deskop.
4. Copy "com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM" folder to 'sdcard/Android/Obb/'
5. Launch the game.
6. Have fun.

@yals: You're right. The folder is not automatically created after you have installed the game APK. You have to create it by yourself and put the game data to that folder.

@Irfan: That's kind of strange because of many gamers report that the game works well on S2, even non-rooted S2. Which android version is your phone running? At present, the game is still facing a problem with android 4.1 and you may not play it on the version.
My android version is 2.3.5
but when i install the apk and copy the sd data to sdcard/ android/obb and after this when i open the game it says checking liscence and after 2 to 4 secs it automatically close

@Irfan: Hi, if you are going to use titanium backup, do not run the game before you restore the game data. In your case, please redownload the apk because I have updated the new one since yesterday and follow the procedure for non-rooted phones again. If the method does not work, try to remove the game and data again, then follow the instructions for rooted phones. Remember to NOT run the game before you restore the game data using titanium backup.

i downloaded the data from mediafire source where the file is split into 5 parts. the problem i m encountering is that i m not able to join d data files together as the format is .part1. Already used FSJ(file splitter and joiner) but it doesnt recognize the files. please help...

Oh yeah, I use this method...
1. Install Apk
2. Extract and copy SD Data to Android/obb
3. Instead of turn on Wi Fi or 3G, turn off all the connection (plane mode) and launch the game (don't launch the game before all these steps are done)
4. When it ask you to retry because there's no connection, click no.
5. After the main menu shows up, turn on Wi Fi or 3G (It's up to you whether you want to turn it on or not)

Dear Mr.Hoang. I have a samsung galaxy i9000 rooted phone. As per the instuctions given here i have added the downloaded data folder in android/obb. Also installed Titanium backup and copied the titanium backup folder for asphalt 7 in the titanium backup folder and restored data only. Still game is not working. I have a 3g connection but still showing network error. Please help
@mobin: sounds bad! have you tried the alternative apk? if it is still not working, try the method for non-rooted phones. Reverting your phone back to unrooted and follow the steps for unrooted phones is also one of the way to solve the problem.
I downloaded all my files extract it then install asphalt then put it to android/obb but when i played it it force close after checking for license i tried to open the game for like 15 times but it wont work i tried to disable my wifi before playing but after i click no it still force close i even tried the alternative file pls help i want to play this game TT.TT

The Titanium Backup part was unnecessary. All I did was install it, put the files in Android/Obb, and ran it. This is if you're rooted. Then, open the game, and you'll notice it's in Chinese. Hit the settings icon at the top right, touch the fourth option and touch the american flag. That's it.

Hi Yhel, you need to download all data parts and put them in the same folder. Open the 1st part with winrar, then extract the data. After that, just check the data volume, if it is about 1.4GB, that means you have extracted the data successfully.

HEY finally runned asphalt 7 on my sgs2 19100 running android version is 4.0.3 rooted
i will give u short tutorial
1.u should delete whatever data u r having for asphalt 7
2.extract the given data copie it to android/obb/the folder
( make sure after obb there is only one folder for asphalt 7
inside this there should be only files )
3.now for sgs2 rooted ones download only the first apk the asphalt 7v1.0 offline (THE CRACKED) ---IMPORTANT
4.copy the titanium backup files on the titanium backup folder
5.restore data only on titanium backup
6.RUN THE GAME (dont run the game before this step )
I GURANTEE U THIS WILL WORK and for others just try it

Installing Winrar on your Windows is required in order to extract the data parts. These data parts are not the same. You must download them all.

Hi Wise, for v1.0.1, the data part extensions are part01.rar, part02.rar,... Firstly, you must install winrar on your PC http://www.rarlab.com/ , then open the first data part. Click on "Extract To" to extract the data folder. Inside the folder is an .obb file with volume of about 1.9GB . Copy the folder to sdcard/Android/obb, then install the APK on your phone. Run the game and enjoy!

Try to uninstall the game. Turn off the Internet connection. Copy the new extracted data to android/data. Install the apk. Run the game. For the 1st time, the game may be FC. Run it again and see what will happen.

I think your save game may be crashed! Delete your save game data and play it again. If you don't want to play it again, try to restore the backup data using Titatnium Backup (rooted required)
I cleared cache but nothing happened.......
i tried both 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 versions, but none of them are working on huawei g300 ascend!
the game is checking the license, and after that it FC. i tried with airplane mode, too, but it didn't work.
Finally, I found the solution!
1. If game closes after 1st run, check the obb file (main.100.com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM.obb) does exist in obb folder. (sdcard/Android/obb/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM)
If not copy the obb file again!
2. Chinese language? Change language from setting "upper right corner " in setting "4th option" choose american flag for english.
3. If the game is telling you that the license is invalid, turn on the airplane mode, and it will work.
Normal steps:
1. Install APK. Don't launch it.
2. Download all 5 parts of OBB File.
3. Open it with winrar in pc and extract "com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM" folder to deskop.
4. Copy "com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM" folder to 'sdcard/Android/Obb/'
5. Launch the game.
6. Have fun.
@ftw , what about if it says unfortunatly asphalt 7 has stopped? although it was working very well with me before , but i suddenly get this msg.......
start it again, i had this problem once but the second time i started the game it worked well. try turning on the airplane mode, or restart your phone. if it's still not working, try reinstalling the game.

how to restore saved game in asphalt 7 1.0.1 . i have dled the tikp file then import the tikp it succeed then it prompt (data only) what shud i do ? give full instruction on using titanium backup to restore asphalt saved game file

5.restore data only on titanium backup
6.RUN THE GAME (dont run the game before this step )
