after the gameloft sign appears and the logo animation, it closes and says 'unfortunately, MC3 have stopped working' :( i have htc one s and the android store says it can run the paid version of modern combat 3

from the cracked apk file downloaded, you have to extract the .winrar file and you'll get a .apk file. you then place it in a new folder inside your internal memory and use a program or app to view your internal memory. in you dont have one, download one from google play. (ES File Explorer is recommended) open up the folder, and find the .apk. tap it and it should work some 'magic' lol. goodluck

I've tried two of the apk. files and am asked to download an extra 736mb of extra data. I've joined the 4 .rar files above, extracted and then pasted it to the correct location on the sd card. Am I doing something wrong?
dw guys,ive managed to solve my own problem.I installed the "without checking compatibility" .apk file found in the cracked apk file download. I then downloaded the data from within the app and now everything works flawlessly! Hope this helps other One S users out there.
lol, did you use the one sent via comments? or did you use the one which was POSTED. cos theres a difference lol, also, if it says that the game has stopped working, turn your internet and wifi off, start the game, wait till at menu, then tab out and turn internet/wifi back on. p.s i used the apk which was posted, not the one giving via comment.

Hi mavii, maybe you put the data in a wrong place or the data is not compatible with your phone. If the problem is the later, you will need to download the data once again.
am using a htc sensation actually so i guess its compatible... wen i extract the apk files there are four different ones shuld i be using a specific one and wen i put in the game data in sdcard/android/ data i put it just like how u said but wen i launch the game it verify the files then say 700+ data is needed...

Now i installed the game, couldnt extract the data cuz it keeps giving me errors, so i downloaded the 800mb data, licence checked ok...
The problem is, when the game starts it does on a wide screen horizontal, then the game play is vertical and only half screen!
I soon remembered that auto-rotation was disabled, so i enavled it and it worked fine...
Im running jelly beans on gs2..this is just a headsup if someone else met my problem..

For galaxy tab 2 you should download powerVR data, however I recommend you to download data via wifi. My data works well on phone, however it may not work on galaxy tab.

If you are using a tergra GPU phone, you need to download the apk for tegra GPU. Otherwise, try all apks that I provided above.
i think it wants a obb file because whenever it open it a new folder is created in Android\obb so this sd data file is not working.

You can only paste the game data in internal sd (sdcard/Android/data/). If you want to paste the game data in external sd, your phone has to be rooted and you need to install another application (e.g. directorybind) to make the game working.
Worked perfectly, no extra steps were needed on my end, didn't have to bother turning off wi-fi or anything, just downloaded a bit more data and it plays wonderfully and multiplayer works great too.

@ARS: strange, which data do you want to download? The files are hosted on Google Docs. If your network provider blocks Google Docs, you can install & run "ultrasurf" to pass the firewall and download the files.
